Processing times is 3-5 business days excluding shipping or delivery to our stores for store pick up.

Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping time will take an additional 3-10 business days for U.S. orders. International orders to Japan will depend on shipping carrier.

Due to staff shortages you might experience some delays in your order being processed. Please be patient with us while we get your orders out as soon as possible.

Please do not email us about the status of your order if it is still within the processing and shipping time frame.

if your order tracking says “Delivered” and you still have not received your order. Please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim will need to be filed as soon as possible.

If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
