Refund policy
** We do NOT accept exchanges on sale items (including items purchased using a discount code), and gift cards/coupon codes ALL SALES ARE FINAL **
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Applies to ALL Custom T-Shirts and Other Custom Orders. All Custom Orders or any other custom items Sales are FINAL. There are No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.
Refunds for any order can only be issued in the form of store credit or exchange for another item of similar value.
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Eligible merchandise will be given a one time exchange or merchandise credit. Merchandise credit will be issued on a gift card.
We have a 14 day exchange policy, meaning you must contact us or visit a store within 14 days upon receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange for merchandise credit or another item. If the 14 day period has passed we cannot accept the exchange. Any eligible exchange order can only be issued store credit as a form of refund.
All products must be unworn with tags, and in its original packing on full priced items only. Proof of purchase with order number or original receipt is required. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items/items purchased with discount codes, and gift cards.
